Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your SplashBlast purchase. If you are not happy, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

- Unused and in original condition

- In original packaging

- Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

- Items returned after 30 days of delivery

- Items without original packaging

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@splashblast.store with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@splashblast.store. We will arrange the correct item to be sent and cover all return shipping costs.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

7. EU / UK Consumer Rights

If you are based in the EU or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason (cooling-off period). To exercise this right, contact us at support@splashblast.store before the 14-day period expires. You will receive a full refund including standard delivery costs within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

8. How to Start a Return

Email us at support@splashblast.store with:

- Your order number

- Reason for return

- Photo of the item (if defective)

We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
