2. Products & Age Restriction

Our products are water-based recreational toys intended for users aged 14 and above. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 14 years of age or that you are a parent or legal guardian purchasing for a user aged 14 or above. Our products are NOT intended for children under 14.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept the following payment methods:

- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)

- PayPal

- Other methods as displayed at checkout

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments or PayPal. We do not store your payment details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are 7-20 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or local postal services.

5. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any additional charges imposed after shipment.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at support@splashblast.store. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must go through our return process.

All content on this Site, including images, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of SplashBlast and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SplashBlast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
