1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


2. Delivery Times

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times by region:

- United States: 7-15 business days

- Europe: 10-20 business days

- Australia / New Zealand: 10-20 business days

- Rest of World: 14-25 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays.


3. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order on the carrier's website.


4. Customs & Import Fees

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not able to predict or control these charges.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package is confirmed lost, contact us at support@splashblast.store within 7 days and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.


6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@splashblast.store — we can only make changes before the order is dispatched.
